What happens on the monthly call?

Ninety minutes on the fourth Sunday at 2:00 PM ET. Ten minutes to check in with the State | Emotion Wheel, fifteen minutes on the month's topic, thirty minutes of practice done together, twenty minutes of hot seats, and ten minutes to write down the one thing you are trying this month. Only the first 25 minutes are recorded.

Do I have to attend the calls?

Accepted Answer

No. Everything is optional — the calls, the practices, the camera and the chat. Nothing is tracked and nothing has to be caught up on. Twice a year you can take a Brain Check and pause a month without giving a reason.

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, any month, from inside the room. No notice period and no exit conversation. The yearly plan comes with thirty days money back.

Question 4

Do I need to have read UNAVAILABLE first?

Accepted Answer

No. Nothing in the room assumes you have read it, and every month stands on its own. The digital edition comes with your membership from the second paid month, or immediately on the yearly plan.

Is this therapy?

Accepted Answer

No. The Regulation Room is education and shared practice. It is not therapy, medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support, and it does not replace care from a licensed professional.
