Code of Conduct

Keeping it Light and Respectful

We believe that a professional and respectful environment is key to success.

Think of our Code of Conduct as a friendly reminder to bring your best self to the table.

We’re here to help you thrive, and that means we don’t tolerate any funny business like harassment, discrimination, or disrespect.

Here’s what we stand against:

  • Harassment: No bullying, intimidating, or unwanted attention.

  • Discrimination: Zero tolerance for bias based on race, gender, age, disability, or any other characteristic.

  • Racism: Absolutely no place for racism in any form.

  • Lack of Diversity Embrace: We value and respect diversity; not embracing it is a deal-breaker.

  • Disrespect: Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.

If things get out of hand, we reserve the right to hit the pause button and rethink our collaboration. But hey, we're confident it won't come to that because we know you're awesome and share our values of respect and professionalism.

Let’s keep it cool, productive, and fun!

Now, let's grow and achieve great things together.
