Most frameworks were built for one type of brain. This is the qualification for people who already work with people — and keep running into what those frameworks cannot reach. You keep your profession. This adds a lens to it. A doctor does not become a coach here, and a teacher does not become a therapist: your scope of practice stays exactly where it is. THREE MODULES Module 1 · See — starts Nov 6. What is actually running when something feels harder than it should. Nervous system foundations, the ND profiles, SNIP™ friction mapping across five domains, coaching versus therapy, crisis literacy, late diagnosis and its biographical impact. Module 2 · Shift — starts Jan 15. Regulation in practice. 200+ tools, the Reset Languages™, somatic and rhythm-based work, co-regulation with boundaries, an ADHD deep dive, burnout recognition and pacing. Module 3 · Sustain — starts Mar 12. Unmasking, identity reconstruction after a late diagnosis, ND and leadership, coaching partners and family members, building your own practice, ethics and scope. WHO IT IS FOR Coaches, therapists, doctors and healthcare professionals, teachers, educators, childcare professionals, facilitators, mentors, HR and people professionals. No diagnosis required, and none handed out. INCLUDED · Weekly live session, Friday, 90 minutes — recorded · Weekly voluntary peer sessions with your cohort · Monthly supervision with case examples · Supervised peer coaching practice throughout · UNAVAILABLE — the holistic guide to the nervous system and regulation · 350+ neuroaffirming tools and the SNIP™ Card Deck, digital · 24 months cohort access after graduation · Neurodivergence Practice Expert certificate TIME Roughly 6–8 hours a week, including the live session. Built to sit alongside a full-time job. DATES Nov 6, 2026 to Apr 30, 2027. Two weeks off over Christmas. Enrolment closes October 30. Two intakes a year — the next start is May 21, 2027. $3,299 for the full certification. Payment plans available. Professional education is often tax deductible, and employers frequently fund it from development budget rather than payroll.
