CHOOSE YOUR MODULE Module 1 · See — starts Nov 6 Recognising what is actually there. Nervous system foundations in plain language, the ND profiles including ADHD, autism, AuDHD, dyslexia and C-PTSD, SNIP™ friction mapping across five domains, coaching versus therapy, crisis literacy, and what a late diagnosis does to someone's whole biography. Module 2 · Shift — starts Jan 15 Regulation in practice. 200+ regulation tools and how to choose between them, the Reset Languages™, somatic, breath and rhythm-based work, co-regulation with clear boundaries, an ADHD deep dive, burnout recognition, pacing and recovery. You build your own SOS toolkit, tested on your own bad days. Module 3 · Sustain — starts Mar 12 Identity, leadership and lasting practice. Unmasking and what it costs, identity reconstruction in late-diagnosed adults, neurodivergence and leadership through Gentle Leading™, coaching partners and family members, building a practice, ethics and scope. WHO IT IS FOR Coaches, therapists, doctors and healthcare professionals, teachers, educators, facilitators, mentors, HR and people professionals. No diagnosis required, and none handed out. Your scope of practice stays exactly where it is. INCLUDED · Weekly live session, Friday, 90 minutes — recorded · Weekly voluntary peer sessions with your cohort · Monthly supervision with case examples · All module content and materials · SNIP™ tools for your module, digital · Module certificate Not included: the book UNAVAILABLE, the full 350+ tool library, the Card Deck and the 24 months of cohort access. Those come with the full certification. TIME Roughly 6–8 hours a week including the live session. $1,199 per module, payable monthly. BEFORE YOU BOOK This is professional education, not therapy and not a diagnostic training.
