The Access Sprint
One-to-one · six weeks
Service Description
Insight is not the hard part. Most people I work with have understood their pattern for years. What is missing is a change that survives a bad week. This is a sprint, not a subscription — a beginning, a defined middle, and an end you can see from the start. Six hours of it are spent in a room together. Most of the work happens when we are not talking. Six weeks, and here is why. Week one designs the change. Week three adjusts it while adjusting is still cheap. Week six reviews it against evidence you wrote down before you began. Six weeks is also long enough that a bad week falls inside it — and a condition that only works in a good week has not passed the test. HOW IT RUNS Before. The Starting Point Analysis, if you have not done it — questionnaire, session, written findings. The mapping. A longer questionnaire, then I work the full SNIP friction mapping across all five domains before we meet — the reason the intensive starts at depth. The intensive. Half a day. We work down the chain in the order that holds: state first, because a nervous system in survival cannot use a good idea; then access, what becomes reachable once state is steadier; then skill, which only works when both are in place. We finish with one condition in your working life that changes — small enough to survive a bad week, connected enough to change more than one situation. The Access Design. Within a week, in writing, yours to keep: the friction map, the condition we are changing, the order, the wording for situations that keep repeating, and what holds on a bad week. This document is the product. The sessions build it. Week three. What is happening in practice, and what gets adjusted. Week six. Did the condition change, or did it get agreed and quietly not happen? Keep it, adjust it, or drop it — dropping it is a result, not a failure. Throughout. Written check-ins for anything that will not wait, answered within two working days. WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH One changed condition, running. The Access Design in writing. A method you can repeat on the next friction without me. Plus the SNIP Card Deck, the State | Emotion Wheel, your tool books, and UNAVAILABLE. Availability. One sprint at a time. That is not a sales tactic — it is what makes the work between sessions possible. The credit. The full $400 comes off the sprint if you book within eight weeks of your Starting Point Analysis. Coaching and consulting. Not a diagnostic or medical service.
