Four weeks to find where your friction actually sits — and change one condition that holds. 5:00 PM
Service Description
New cohort every month, always the first Thursday. Next: October 1. Why can highly capable people function brilliantly in one environment and hit a wall in another? That question is behind everything I build — the book, the SNIP™ framework, every tool around it. These four weeks are the shortest honest route into it. One audio module a week, one live session, one tool, one thing to try. The order is deliberate: understanding first, then what you can change, then the baseline that holds it all up. Week 1 — The brain underneath. What is actually running when something feels harder than it should. Tool: the SNIP™ Wheel. Week 2 — The profiles, without the pathology. ADHD, autism and AuDHD as processing patterns, not deficits. Tool: the SNIP™ Card Deck. Week 3 — What you can change. You find the situation that costs you most this month and build one anchor into the environment, one into your own response. Tool: the SNIP™ Life Map. Week 4 — The baseline underneath it all. Why regulation comes before insight. Tool: the State | Emotion Wheel™. There is no list of ten quick tips here, and that is deliberate. Ten tips is what turns this into something overwhelming — most are sound, several contradict each other, and none of them tells you which one is yours. WHO IT IS FOR No diagnosis required, and none handed out. For anyone who keeps running into the same wall and wants the mechanism rather than another coping tip — whether you are neurodivergent yourself, live with someone who is, or work with people every day. INCLUDED 4 audio modules · 4 live sessions a 60 min. · 4 tools · recordings of everything $297 for the full program LIVE SESSIONS Thursdays — 5:00 PM · Los Angeles 6:00 PM · Denver 7:00 PM · Chicago 8:00 PM · New York. Cameras off is fine. You do not have to speak. Every session is recorded, so missing one costs you nothing but the room. BEFORE YOU BOOK This is education, not therapy and not a diagnostic service. If you are in crisis or looking for an assessment, this is the wrong room and I would rather say so now. Built on the SNIP™ framework and the approach set out in Gentle Leading and Neurodivergence-Inclusive Leadership (Routledge, 2025), Literary Titan Gold Award.
