Service Description
The Regulation Room is a membership for people who want to catch their state before it tips, not after. Every month there is one 90-minute live call where we practice together instead of just talking about it, plus something small every week: a tool, a recipe, a story from someone in the room. Between the calls there are quiet body doubling hours and Guest Hours taught by members. Everything is optional, nothing is tracked, and nothing has to be caught up on. $19 a month, or $190 for the year. My book UNAVAILABLE comes with it.

Heads-Up Window: If a spot becomes available, we’ll email you. You’ve got 24 hours to claim it before it’s passed to the next eager beaver. Cancellation Policy: Fair and Square Cancel 48+ Hours Before Start: Get 50% of your fee back—because we all need a little wiggle room. Cancel Within 24-48 Hours: You’ll get 100% refunded. (Yep, full-on no-strings-attached refund vibes.) Cancel Less Than 24 Hours Before Start or No-Show: Eek! No refunds, but we still send you good vibes. How to Cancel or Reschedule Shoot us an email at [your email address] with your cancellation or rescheduling request. You’ll know it’s official once we confirm it back to you.
