Service Description
This is a working hour on one real problem — a decision you keep circling, a team dynamic that has stopped making sense, a growth step you can see but cannot sequence. You bring the situation. I bring twenty years of leadership practice, the research behind Gentle Leading and Neurodivergence, and an outside view that owes nothing to your internal politics. No template, no framework walkthrough, no slide deck. We start where you actually are. How it runs. You tell me the situation in writing beforehand, in as much or as little detail as you have. I read it before we meet, so the hour starts at depth instead of at background. We spend the session on the problem itself. Afterwards you get a short written summary — what we found, and what to do first. What you leave with. One clear next step you can take this week, and usually one thing you can stop doing. If the honest answer is that the problem is bigger than an hour, I will tell you that too, and say what it would actually take. Typical ground. Leadership under pressure and the regulation that holds it. Team dynamics that read as attitude and are actually structure. Delegation, trust, and communication across different thinking styles. Offer structure, pricing, and the sequencing of a growth step. Transitions — new role, new team, new phase. Who this is not for. Cancellation Policy: Fair and Square Cancel 48+ Hours Before Start: Get 50% of your fee back—because we all need a little wiggle room. Cancel Within 24-48 Hours: You’ll get 100% refunded. (Yep, full-on no-strings-attached refund vibes.) Cancel Less Than 24 Hours Before Start or No-Show: Eek! No refunds, but we still send you good vibes.
