For nearly two decades, I’ve worked across Europe and the US — from Berlin to Los Angeles — supporting founders, leaders, and teams in building clarity, psychological safety, and sustainable performance. My background spans psychiatric nursing, executive coaching, organizational design, and neurodivergence research, allowing me to bridge science with practical, human-centered leadership tools. I help people see the patterns behind the behavior — and turn overwhelm into alignment, confusion into coherence, and pressure into presence.
